The Governing Documents contain vital information about the community. The following documents are included – Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and the Articles of Incorporation.
Please note this is a two-step process. After you have entered your credit card info, look for the link for the resale certificate request form. Please remember to complete and return so that we may begin processing your request.
HOW THIS WORKS: Add the Resale Certificate to your cart and click the view cart button. You will be instructed to make the payment of $125. After the payment has been processed and accepted, you will be prompted with a link to download our Resale Certificate Request form. Once completed, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will get a confirmation email and we will email your certificate within ten business days.
Note: As per Connecticut State Law, we have ten business days to fulfill a resale certificate request once the appropriate written request and the related payments have been received.
