REI performs all repairs and physical upkeep required to keep the properties we manage operational.  We are responsible for all maintenance, physical upkeep, and landscaping activities as well. 

We are also happy to provide repair and/or maintenance services to customers who do not reside on our properties but who would like to have us service them.
