The REI team consists of more than 30 staff members.  The core of our management team is comprised of eight certified and licensed managers of community associations.  As mandated by the State of Connecticut, our managers all maintain individual licensing through ongoing training and education.  Along with our eight licensed managers, we have one Assistant Association Manager awaiting licensing confirmation and six Assistant Association Managers in Certified Manager of Community Association training.

REI and all of our Association Managers and Assistant Association Managers are members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  All managers and assistant managers are required to attend ongoing CAI educational classes and seminars which exceeds statutory requirements.
